Theatre Royal Writers Group

The Writers Group is made up of local people who are interested in writing drama – be it for stage, screen, television or radio.

The Writers provide a regular forum for good live drama, focusing on new ‘writing for performance’. In doing this we hope to give audiences opportunities to see and hear new drama and give writers opportunities for feedback on their work.  For those interested in learning more about creating drama, there will also be opportunities to talk to writers and directors.

But most all our intention is to provide good live drama that is interesting and enjoyable. Pay what you like.
