Bury St Edmunds Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society present
A play by Tim Firth, based on the Miramax motion picture by Juliette Towhidi and Tim Firth.
Rapidly becoming a comedy classic, based on the true story of the Womenís Institute members who stripped (and teased!) for a calendar to benefit Leukaemia Research, this play has been released to amateur companies for a very limited period while the professional tour continues throughout the country. BSEAODS is proud to present it in the Societyís 110th anniversary year Ė so see us as youíve never seen us before! Running the whole gamut of emotions, a very British story with a very British heart, itís a theatrical experience not to be missed.
First presented by David Pugh Ltd at Chichester Festival Theatre on 5th September 2008, and transferred to the NoŽl Coward Theatre London on 4th April 2009. Associate Producer: Stoneface Ltd.
